Porcelain Inlays and Onlays may be used to rebuild broken down back teeth where the cavity is too large to rebuild with direct “tooth coloured” composite resin. We use e.max as our preferred inlay/onlay material as it provides high strength in addition to beautiful aesthetics.

If there is little remaining tooth structure available for bonding these restorations then a crown may be advisable.
